Happy Friday lovelies! Whew, I’m certainly glad to be saying that!

I’m extra excited for this weekend because I’m heading to Philadelphia to visit my sister! It’s been yearssss since I’ve been to Philly and quite a while since my older sister and I have had some quality one-on-one time, so needless to say, I’m pretty pumped.

  1. this spicy cauliflower power bowl. one of my absolutely favs STILL to this day.
  2. this 30 minute cajun salmon with salted lime butter. ohhhh i totally have a new favorite salmon recipe now!
  3. this creamy superfood berry smoothie. one of my favorite smoothie combinations!
  4. these green goddess quinoa spring rolls. i could eat these every day of the week. for realz.
  5. these avocado quinoa harvest bowls. simple bowls like these are how i get through my week!

  1. i’m finally on SNAPCHAT!! yeah, i know i’m seriously late to the party. search me @pumpkinandpb and let’s be friends!
  2. so i made this kind-of-awesome recipe flop this weekend in the form of slightly burned granola and we’ve been seriously obsessed with it this week. anyone else made a fantastic flop lately???
  3. first photos from the gilmore girls revival are up! DID YOU SEE THEM YET?!?
  4. speaking of binge-worthy tv shows… the unbreakable kimmy schmidt season 2 comes out today!!!! who else is super psyched?!?
  5. i’m still on a smoothie kick and it’s been so much fun experimenting with new flavors! what’s your favorite combination?

  1. these sushi burrito bowls. i love sushi so much, but i’m kinda afraid of rolling it. this looks like a perfectly delicious alternativeΒ πŸ˜‰
  2. this tasty teriyaki veggie burger. love the ingredients in this burger. definitely a must try!
  3. this chana dal with cauliflower, cashews, and coconut milk. that’s a bowl of comfort right there.
  4. these clean eating girl scout cookies tagalong bars. ohhhhmyyyygooodnesss. yes, just yes.
  5. these peanut butter chia seed cookies. simple, delicious, lightened up peanut butter cookies. sign me up!

  3. Sister time is the best time! You’ll have so much fun, Liz! That doughnut? Yaaas! I’d like on on the ready too. This weekend? Farmers market, pulling weeds, movie night and baking a beet red velvet cake for my Sister’s Birthday Picnic on Sunday! πŸ˜€ I’ll have to give that smoothie recipe a go.. my favorite has oranges in it and citrus will be coming to a close soon!   7. Ah that Cajun Salmon with Salted Lime Butter sounds so delicious! Am going to bookmark that one. Am so excited for the Gilmore Girls revival too- I recently got into Parenthood and it is Lauren Graham amazingness all over the place too, think you would like it!
