Vegetarian Holiday Menu 2015


It’s Holiday Menu Day!! I’m collaborating today with two of my fellow bloggers from The Casual Veggie e-Cookbook to bring you three delicious, festive holiday menus— with hopes to spark a little inspiration as you begin your holiday meal planning.

For my Holiday Menu, I’ve decided to give you a full day plan of my favorite festive foods… starting with some savory Whole Wheat Gingerbread Pancakes and ending with a tender, nutty Pecan Crusted Sweet Potato Filet that’s packed with holiday flavor!
