Vegetarian Travel: NYC Part 1 {pretty things}

 

Over the past two weeks, I’ve been a bit of a nomad— traveling to 4 different cities, catching up with friends and family, and enjoying my last few moments of summer before the school year sets in. As you’ve probably heard me say before, I absolutely LOVE to travel, so it was quite an adventure jet-setting up and down country, living out of my suitcase and loving life!

My adventure started off with 4 days in New York, filled with amazing eats (I mean, it IS new york), beautiful sites, and scenic walks— A LOT of scenic walks. Because the weather was so beautiful, I actually spent most of my timing walking around the city and watching my FitBit steps soar. Here’s a little glimpse…
