Friday Favorites: Spring Eats

{still dreaming of california}

Happy Friday! What a week it has been! It took me a few days to get over the jet lag from my San Francisco trip, but I’m finally back on track and feeling energized through the day. I always forget how much the time change effects me, even if it’s just a few hours.

Spring is definitely in the air here in NC and the weather couldn’t be better. Luckily for me, all the sunshine has me craving fresh spring fruits and veggies, so I’ve got a colorful edition of Friday Favorites for you today. Have a beautiful day!

    • Of course Bianca! I would have never thought to put carrots into a smoothie, and now I MUST!

  1. That asparagus pasta salad looks perfect for these already hot Florida days- no heating up the oven! Thanks for sharing this great list; I’m enjoying looking over your site.

    • I live in NC and it’s been close to 80 already, so I’m sure Florida is definitely getting up there this time of year! So glad you’re enjoying the site 🙂 Thanks for stopping by Suzanne!

    • Oh course, Alex! I can’t wait to try it soon— what a cool concept 🙂
